### Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)

### The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition through high-impact paid campaigns across digital channels.

### Responsibilities

-   Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels  
    
-   Drive high-quality lead acquisition and improve funnel conversion  
    
-   Continuously optimise budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve performance  
    
-   Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities  
    

Work closely with content/design teams to improve ad effectiveness

## Requirements

-   2–3 years experience in performance marketing  
    
-   B2C experience preferred  
    
-   Prior EdTech experience (higher-ed or scaled consumer product) preferred  
    
-   Strong analytical and execution mindset
